Postage:

All items will be posted Royal Mail and should arrive within 3-4 days.

Proof of postage will be obtained

Please message us if your package has not arrived within 7 days as sometimes UK delivery can take upto 5 working days. This is due to Royal Mail.

We do not despatch at weekends.

If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect and the item fails to arrive, the item may be returned to us but this can take several weeks. We can only provide a refund once the item has been returned. In this instance refunds will exclude postage costs.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if any damages have occured in transit. Please send a photograph clearly showing the damage as without this we cannot replace your order.

Returns cannot be accepted due to product safety as this is a food item and has been packed in a food safe environment with full product traceability.

Product images on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Whilst every effort has been made to provide an accurate representation of our products, image of colour/shimmer will vary when viewed on different phones, tablets and computer monitors.

Shimmer powders & syrups can be added to any alcoholic or non alcoholic drink. Pimp your prosecco, glam up your Gin & Tonic or add shimmer to soft drinks to create Unicorn Lemonade!

All our shimmer powders are unflavoured so they do not alter the taste of your favourite tipple.
